Does Northwest Airlines let you sit anywhere you want?
Or are there assigned seats?

anyway (other the cockpit of course <grin>
northwest(now owned by delta) does have assigned seating
NW Airlines tickets cost about $250, and Delta’s are $400. I know that Delta owns NWA, so I was wondering if they’d let me use SkyMiles with NWA.

Memphis- Baggage & Gataes are in terminal B
Minneapolis- Runs NWA in the Lindbergh Terminal which operates in Concourses: A, B, C, D, F, G. I’m sure that you gate # & info WILL be on your ticket. If your still unsure you can most certainly ask.
i am flying from Detroit to London and Paris to Detroit
There are individual screens at every seat with "multiple movie choices and games." It has a seating arrangement of 2 - 4 - 2 seats in economy and 2 - 2 - 2 in first. You have to look specifically at which aircraft you are flying (they fly both A330-200s and A330 300s: 200s are named 332 and 300s are 333) to see the at-seat power options. First class has AC power (just plug it in, no adapters needed), while economy has AC in rows 10-23 only on the 332, but does not have it at all on the 333s. 332s usually fly to asia, while 333s usually fly to europe, if that helps at all.
Traveling from Bend Oregon to Narita next weekend. Would I have to pay extra for a bicycle in a box (unassembled)? If so, how much? It would be my second piece of luggage but I imagine it would be considered oversized baggage.

Depends on weight in all honesty. No way for anyone to tell you this until you get to the airport. It is possible that it will be considered over sized baggage.
I wanna bring my supplements on vacation but were not checking any luggage so the pills and other supplements would be in my carry on. I need to take them the week before I leave though so is it ok if the pills are in an opened container?

I am being told there may not be a movie shown on my Northwest flight from Phoenix to Detroit?? Why not? It's supposed to be a 4 hour flight!!! It's on a Boeing 757-200 if that helps. The trip from Detroit to Phoenix will be almost 4 and a half hours. I've never been on a flight that long without a movie.
I'm not sure, sorry but you can call the airlines and ask them, if they just provide with TV you can do, its only 4 hours or so so you'll survive, don't worry. Just in case, bring something else entertainable like a magazine or a book, portable music players, maybe even a labtop if you need too.

If the flight is within the 48 states, premium will not be that much better than regular economy. Premium will probably allow you to board before everyone else, have wider seats and give you more personalized attention. Premium seating is more worth it if you are on a long flight such as going across the Pacific Ocean.

Post card??? I wouldn't know, but yea,, try callin them up and ask around and such. You might have gotten picked,, but I heard they stoped training for the November December months… they'll pick up again in january I think.
