I would like to fly from LA to Salt Lake City. What is the best low cost airlines that anyone would know it is safest, comfortable and also on time. thanks for helping me.

I would say it is all about chance. There isn’t one airline that is consistantly cheaper than others.

depends, look around on expedia and once you find the lowest one on expedia go to that airlines official website because expedia has alot of charges (so does travelocity and cheapflight and kayak , theyre all the same) and you will have to get a visa to stay that long here in the U.S. you will need to talk to your government office say a passport/visa office

Why should they eliminate these things?

Is someone suggesting that they be eliminated?

Autothrottle and ACARS are not required (in the U.S.). Smaller aircraft may not be equipped with either, and some older large airliners don’t have them, either. Both are more conveniences rather than necessities. Autothrottles decrease pilot fatigue and workload and may improve fuel economy. ACARS is mostly a logistic and operational convenience.
