Jan-17-2010 By admin

Hi, i recently just booked 2 tickets from cheapoair.com. I will be leaving using airtran and coming back using US airways. the problem is, i will be leaving in 2.5 weeks and my cousin decided to come with us. Is there anyway i can buy a ticket for her so that she can get on the same flight i will be using coming back and leaving?.
thank you very much.
shes 8 years old by the way. i tried booking the ticket online again by using the same website and airline, but it said that i must have 1 adult.

Toll Free: 866-636-9088

The FAQ mentions discounts for children, you may want to call the above number and see what they say about it. Hope that helps!

I was wondering if these were the true prices on http://www.cheapoair.com? seems too good to be true

I received some "reliable" information saying I had vacation days starting the 21st. So about a few weeks ago, around the first of December, I booked some flight tickets to visit another state. Now, I find out the "reliable" source I had gotten my information from was just an idiot. So i’m wondering if I can refund the tickets and change the dates around, without costing too much.
PLEASE ANSWER ASAP!
THANK YOU BOTH IM ABOUT TO GT ON THE PHONE NOW :]
The flight tickets cost 546$ altogether for 2 tickets and it was from Cheapoair.com

I’ve used cheapoAir before. My AirFrance flight through them was non-refuldable, non-transferrable, non-everything. Most airlines don’t offer a refund period. Check your email confirmation to make sure though!

The carrier is not disclosed and their fine print says that all information is not checked for accuracy or reliability and discraim damages.. Further it says in the process of verifying credit card the ticket is not confirmed and fares may change

My husband uses cheapoair a lot. THe prices are great, and we haven’t had a problem with our flights. So I’d say they seem reliable.

I have looked at cheapoair.com and aa.com.
I would love Continental that i used last time,it was great-i flew out of Indiana to New Jersey then straight to Delhi! I am really looking for the same kind of route.1st time it really was horrible too many stops and alot of confusion(Indiana 2 Detroit 2 Amsterdam 2 Delhi)! Nothing wrong with Holland but i couldnt stand the airport,i just would like to have a direct flight to India out of states, like b4.
What i am wanting( and yes i know its probably asking alot for the month of November being hectic bcoz of the holidays)=
1.Reasonable rate
2. From Indiana to ? then directly out to India
3. Date-Nov.7th -14th

Plzzzz help!!!???!!

Maybe i missed something looking online who knows!

~~Thanks everyone for your help~~

I looked on Orbitz, and entered Indianapolis to Delhi and back on your dates. I see several one-stop options:

American, connecting in Chicago: $1692 (the ORD-DEL-ORD are "Jet Airways operated by American Airlines)

The exact same flights as above but bought from American: $2084

Continental, connecting in Newark, $2105.

I’d say that’s pretty darn reasonable for a last-minute ticket to the other side of the world.

Ok I ordered a round trip ticket for my aunt, and her ticket is for tuesday, so one way is $200, but she needs to change date (she have to stay longer) and to change date is $200, yeah Its a joke its like buying another ticket. cheapOair.com hard to deal with

so does anyone know how to get a cheap ticket from Charlotte NC to Santa Barbara CA to about nov 2nd date. its really hard on us to pay twice $200 :(
That’s a tough situation you’re in. I can’t believe the outrageous service charges for modifying a ticket date.

Have you tried chapoair’s customer service? They might be able to help with alternate suggestions. They regularly have a number of flights under $199.

In the event that you end up re-purchasing a ticket, here is an online coupon that will at least save you $15 or $20:

Good luck!

Has anyone used this website and if you have was the experience good, bad or indifferent?

I am looking to travel from the US to the UK in February and everyone else is charging in excess of $800 whilst cheapo air is offering fares around the $600 mark, which just seems to good to be true…

I’m finding it’s going to cost me about $700-900 round trip just before Christmas. I’ve been looking on kayak.com, cheapair.com, cheapoair.com. Do you know of any sites where I can buy tickets that people need to get rid of?…anything like that?

Also, what’s the difference between flying into Kahului vs. Hana? Is there a difference? I’m wondering because Kahului flights seem to be at least $100 cheaper, just trying to figure out if there’s an advantage to flying into Hana…

Thanks :)
The reason the Hana flights are so much more is that the larger airlines don’t fly into Hana. You need to take a small plane in, which is fun, but always a lot more expensive. The drive to Hana is long, but breathtakingly beautiful. I would not see it as a downside, unless you are very tight on time
