Booking plane ticket online?

Jan-17-2010 By admin

Hi, i recently just booked 2 tickets from cheapoair.com. I will be leaving using airtran and coming back using US airways. the problem is, i will be leaving in 2.5 weeks and my cousin decided to come with us. Is there anyway i can buy a ticket for her so that she can get on the same flight i will be using coming back and leaving?.
thank you very much.
shes 8 years old by the way. i tried booking the ticket online again by using the same website and airline, but it said that i must have 1 adult.

Toll Free: 866-636-9088

The FAQ mentions discounts for children, you may want to call the above number and see what they say about it. Hope that helps!

Hotwire.com rental cars!!!!?

Jan-17-2010 By admin

quick question- im planning a vegas trip and i need a retal car ( i live in l.a. and i will be driving). has anyone rented a car through hotwire and if so, was it hassle free?? it was about $80 less than the actual rental car websites but it still seems a little shakey. with this "recession" we are all trying to cut back on expenses but its my birthday and i just want to do a vegas turn around

play it safe, hassle free drive to LAS VEGAS by checking reputable rental car,Enterprise usually have a weekend offer with reasonable price and unlimited mileage, it is hard to rent from the internet as the whole quotation is not explained, just remember that insurance is a must,tx and fees are also included, check for a weekend get away and that gives you a total package, hassle free!!! rather than getting it darn cheap and at the end you will end up paying for more, goodluck!!

Is cheaptickets.com a legit site?

like if I book a flight there is it real like Orbitz and Travelocity?

Yes it we have used it many times.

the company i booked with had told me my flights were confirmed but then they told me one of my flight s was cancelled and that one the connecting flights i had to catch had been changed so that i was unable to make it when i contacted the agency they told me to contact the airline i was flying with but the flights are not for 3 months and the airline informed me that since the flights were so far away they had not received any money yet and until they did they could not help me . So i tried emailed and called the booking agency several times to no avail . i have been doing some research and aparently this company has done this to people several times and refunds are very hard to secure. any advice on how to deal with this would be much appreciated since i really cant afford to lose the money i paid for these flights

You should never book through a website you have never heard of. If the airline does not receive the money from the agency, then you will have to pursue legal action against the travel agency. From what your research has gathered, you chose a poor company. If your only booking air, you should always book directly through the airline. If you are booking a package, you should only use trusted companies like travelocity, orbitz, expedia etc. Just because a smaller site has a cheaper fare, well, now you know the risks that are involved with dealing with a company you don’t know.

Yes, it is generally cheaper than other travel sites, and it lets you change your dates without change fees.

I was wondering if these were the true prices on http://www.cheapoair.com? seems too good to be true

Please check:
Tips:

I live in toronto but I’m planning to book a flight from buffalo to las vegas so it’s cheaper. I also plan on booking a hotel. What were your experiences with those sites?

Sometimes none of them are. Depending on the airline you’re using you may be able to book everything (cheaper) through the airlines vacation packages.

I’ve used travelocity, orbitz, expedia and cheaptickets, along with hotwire, and priceline and from personal experience, travelocity always had the better prices!

Be sure to check the hotel fees before booking some charge a "resort fee" (basically they charge you for just having a reservation there because they can) I think the Harrah’s owned Hotels don’t charge those fees.

Depending on where you’re staying you may be able to book both flight and hotel through the hotel too.

Have a good trip!

I received some "reliable" information saying I had vacation days starting the 21st. So about a few weeks ago, around the first of December, I booked some flight tickets to visit another state. Now, I find out the "reliable" source I had gotten my information from was just an idiot. So i’m wondering if I can refund the tickets and change the dates around, without costing too much.
PLEASE ANSWER ASAP!
THANK YOU BOTH IM ABOUT TO GT ON THE PHONE NOW :]
The flight tickets cost 546$ altogether for 2 tickets and it was from Cheapoair.com

I’ve used cheapoAir before. My AirFrance flight through them was non-refuldable, non-transferrable, non-everything. Most airlines don’t offer a refund period. Check your email confirmation to make sure though!

coupons for expedia.com?

Dec-13-2009 By admin

I am book a flight for late january. Does anyone know any coupon codes to use on expedia.com?

http://www.discountwild.com/Travel/Expedia.com-money-off-codes/index.html has them

I clicked on the mult-city button but now Im confused.

I need to go from PDX to DFW and from there I want to go to San Diego, CA, then back to PDX

Can anyone help me figure this out?

It’s easy. Flight 1 is PDX to DFW, then add your dates. Flight 2 is DFW to SAN. Flight 3 is from SAN to PDX.
