Does Continental Airlines provide Shaving kit to coach class passengers. If they do is it free or how much they charge for it?
Domestically, no. They aren't even boarded on the flights domestically.
Internationally they are boarded on the flight and are free of charge, but for BusinessFirst customers only.

No. Northwest Airlines is an American Airline Based in Detroit, Michigan and Eagan, Minnesota. It is a wholly-owned subsidary of Delta Airlines, another US Carrier.
KLM and NWA (Northwest Airlines) are partners, and you can book Flights with either airline from either of their websites. Many flights on KLM's websites to the US are operated by NWA. You can use frequent flyer points on either airline.
KLM also have Partnered with other Skyteam Member Airlines.
I am thinking of booking one, because Hotwire.com's price is DRAMATICALLY lower than online competition. However, their thing is you don't know exactly the specifications of the room you book. Any advice? I would end up saving about $500-1000 through hotwire!
I just booked one for April. I agree - I am saving about $700/person by booking via Hotwire. I went on the Dreams Punta Cana website (dreamspuntacana.com) and it looks like the "lowest" room they have is the Deluxe Room - which appears to be a standard hotel room. I plan to be by the pool/beach more than in the room anyway! I believe that it would have all the standard amenities. You could probably contact the resort directly and ask what there cheapest room is. The rooms probably have a view of the parking lot, but I can't imagine the rooms being awful.
I also heard a rumor that if you sign up for the iPrefer Card (http://www.iprefer.com/) - which is free to join - you receive a free room upgrade. I don't know if that is valid or not, but it doesn't hurt to try!
My only drawback was that you can't book ground transportation to/from the airport like you can with other travel websites like expedia, etc. Oh, well, guess I will have to cab it!

allow smoking? Does Air Canada or Aeromaexico
have smoking sections on their aircraft?
Any flight that goes to the USA or within the USA no. Are there small airlines in Africa, China, or South America that do, maybe. In a small enclosed space it gets dirty because of smoking and requires a lot of cleaning and more expensive filters, so it is economical for the airline not to have smoking (European airlines don't allow smoking), so I doubt you will see it on any airline that flies over an hour have smoking.
There is an airline that is opening in 1-2 years that will be all Business and First Class with smoking everywhere, but it will only fly on 1-3 routes from Germany.
i have tried to buy e-tickets in cheaptickets.com, they just reply to me a e-mail, but didn't tell me if i was successful. how can i know that? anybody tell me,,pls..
Generally the e-mail is what is called a confirmation page, and it should tell you to print that email. If you have your tickets mailed or sent to you, you would know in a few weeks.
However, if you really have questions, use their contact information on their site to make sure that you have secured your tickets.
